While you are with us, visit the Historic Lionel Layout in our Freeman North Exhibit Hall. This is THE Lionel Showroom Layout from Chesterfield, Michigan. Constructed by the employees of Lionel in 1992, this 40′ x 14′ O and S gauge layout was donated to the RMLI by Lionel in 2009. Members of the Museum moved the layout from Michigan and set it up at Riverhead, opening to the public in April, 2011.
