The Riverhead Site is NOW open to the public, every Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Come on down and enjoy the World’s Fair Train, Lionel layout and the freshly painted 399, 1556 and 7723!!
When we are not doing heavy restoration work it still takes a lot of time and effort to staff and keep the museum looking good. Thanks to such a large staff this weekend, President Fisher was able to preform maintenance, which included lawn cutting and weed spraying. This hard work helps keep Riverhead looking good!
We also had volunteers working on applying lettering to Engine 1556!
