The Railroad Museum of Long Island had the honor of hosting Santa Claus at our annul Holiday Open House at the Greenport Museum. This year there was no train service by the MTA Long Island Railroad, so Santa arrived on his temporary slay for the weekend, an IC Speeder owned by President of the Twin Forks Chapter, NRHS Richard Gorddard. On Saturday Rich and the pleasure of pulling Santa in, with President Don Fisher pulling him in on Sunday. Santa was very happy to see all the good boys and girls of the East End and looks forward to returning on December 24th! Special thanks to everyone that came out and supported the museum, and to our wonderful volunteer staff that made the event possible. Merry Christmas!!!
