Long Island Garden Railway Society – Exhibit/Run Weekend

Summertime value added “Mini Events” have been added to our Railroad Museum of Long Island Season!  These “Mini Events” will be held under our Big Top Tent at Riverhead RMLI on Saturdays with Sundays as a “rain date.”

If the visiting train clubs are comfortable with the weather they may continue to operate their layouts both Saturday and Sunday.  This gives the clubs and the Museum some room to accommodate bad weather.

On Saturday and Sunday, August 5 and 6, weather permitting, come visit with members of the Long Island Garden Railway Society ~ G Gauge Club.  Club members will exhibit their trains on our “Ron Freeman Garden Layout” at our Riverhead Museum site, 416 Griffing Avenue.   The trains will be running for your enjoyment from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day!
